On Island Time is pleased to launch two island food residencies per year. The program will host a butcher and a chef in September and February each year who will help design and make products for The Larder, which will be sold at The Flinders Wharf.
For the residency you will be hosted by Tom and Jo Youl on their cattle farm and get to meet the island producers, preparing meals and products using the best seasonal produce we can access.
Details Include;
Accommodation - Dwarf Cottage / Wombat Lodge
Twelve-day program
Approximately half the time is spent meeting producers, exploring the island and the other half is working in the commercial kitchen at the Wharf.
Hourly contract rate to be negotiated.
