We’re thrilled to welcome our great friends Darren Purchese and Cath Claringbold to Flinders Island for a special Southern Ocean Bakehouse Pop-Up Bake Sale at The Larder, Flinders Wharf on Saturday 15 November. Joined by our own Jane Grylls, they’ll be serving up a menu of sweet and savoury island bakes made with beautiful local produce - from honey custard canelés to Furneaux scallop pithiviers. Darren and Cath will also be leaving behind a few Larder-exclusive recipes that we’ll continue through the summer. A delicious morning celebrating friendship, creativity, and island flavour.
