Getting around
The best way to get around the island is to hire or borrow a car. Hire cars can be booked through FI Car Hire or the FI Cabin Park. The hire cars are generally 2WD or AWD but not great for driving at night or off-road.
We would recommend to visit places during the day, stock up on supplies and stay in for dinner.
Please note the beach track at Quoin farm can only be accessed by 4WD only.

Drinking water
Our accommodation relies entirely on freshly collected rainwater stored in tanks, ensuring a sustainable and refreshing water supply for your stay.
The Crayshack’s main sink is connected to both dam and tank water. The cold water supply comes from the tank, while the hot water is sourced from the dam. Please remember to run the taps for a few seconds to ensure the tank water flows through the lines.
