Full-Time Farm Hand – Flinders Island, Tasmania

Quoin Farm is a family-owned cattle operation on beautiful Flinders Island, running approximately 1,200 breeding cattle. We are looking for a committed full-time Farm Hand to join us for a minimum of two years.

What the role involves
Daily cattle work including mustering, calving, and herd health
General farm maintenance (fencing, water systems, pasture management)
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Working collaboratively with the farm team and family owners
What we’re looking for
Experience with cattle and farm operations (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Practical skills with fencing, machinery, and general farm upkeep
